THE excitement generated in the 2025 LGFA senior championship was nothing short of spectacular. Westport emerged as back-to-back champions at the end of the campaign, but there were some thrilling battles in every round all across the county.
Knockmore and Westport were undoubtedly the two best teams in the competition, but that didn't prevent numerous players from other clubs writing their names in football lore and The Mayo News team was on hand to capture every moment.
