The Donegal native produced a fine showing between the sticks. His kickouts were consistent throughout the hour as his side successfully retained the majority of their own restarts.
He was called into action early in the second period when Kilmeena's Jack Mulchrone had a serious chance of hitting the net, however, the Moy Davitts shotstopper was out like a flash to deny the Kilmeena man.
