Cian McHale returned to inspire Moy Davitts to a ten point opening round win.

McHale completely changed the game after being introduced. He scored six points and set up another 1-4 in the second half. Made everything tick for the Moy Davitts attack.

The Moysiders had been without McHale and fellow county panellist Conor Reid for much of the season but their return makes last year's finalists an altogether different prospect.

Brian Reape contributed 1-4 and Ronan Clarke 1-6 as Moy Davitts cruised to victory.
