Worries that there would be no Mayo GAA TV for this year’s Mayo club championships have been allayed.
John Walker, Mayo GAA PRO, confirmed to The Mayo News yesterday (Monday) that the popular streaming service will be back in place for the upcoming campaigns.

However, a pricing model has not been revealed because sponsorship for the service is not yet in place, according to Walker.
That leaves the issue yet to be resolved, and therefore, the first game week of the junior championship, which throws in on Friday night, will not be aired.
Launched in 2017, Mayo GAA TV has proven very popular among fans both in Mayo and further afield, with many seeing it as a way to keep in touch with the deeply woven tapestry of the county’s sporting landscape when far from home.
The price to stream 28 games as part of the ‘Season Pass’ last season across the Senior, Intermediate, and Junior championships was €100, with the option of streaming individual fixtures for €10 apiece. A weekend pass was also available for €25.
