 Unique fundraising event to launch next week in home of Mayo GAA

This event offers people the once in a lifetime opportunity of abseiling 150ft from the roof of Croke Park while raising much-needed funds for Mayo Cancer Support Association.

Local charity Mayo Cancer Support Association will be joined by representatives of Mayo GAA for the official launch of a thrilling new flagship fundraising event taking place on Friday, July 25

All are welcome to attend the event at Hastings Insurance MacHale Park in Castlebar at 7.30pm that evening where the official launch of the 'Brave the Drop' fundraising abseil challenge will take place.

This event offers people the once in a lifetime opportunity of abseiling 150ft from the roof of our national stadium, Croke Park in Dublin while raising much-needed funds for Mayo Cancer Support Association which provides support to people who have been impacted by a cancer diagnosis or bereavement.

Mayo Cancer Support is the official charity partner of Mayo GAA this year and there will be lots of well-known GAA personalities in attendance at the event launch Friday night.
