Pick your Mayo junior football Team of the Year

The huge interest in Mayo club football never fails to amaze and that was again the case this week as streams of nominations for our Intermediate Team of the Year flooded into our office. The spread of selections and the intriguing make-up of readers' teams were a great source of conversation all week and we look forward to revealing the final selection in next week's paper.

Today, we're also delighted to announce our nominees for the Junior Team of the Year. Once again, there were detailed and sometimes heated discussions before our selectors came up with the final list of nominees, and there were many other players who could have been included.

However, this is the list we have come up with and we're very proud of it. Best of luck to all the nominees.
