The Kilmeena GAA Rounders Ladies have done it again. Last Sunday they defended their Ulster Junior title with an impressive run of results.
Winning all three group matches, Kilmeena's semi-final was a closely run affair, ending 8-7 in favour of the Mayo ladies. Subsequently, Kilmeena dominated the final, winning 15-1.
Their Ulster title defence is the cherry on top of an outstanding season for the club. Only three weeks ago the mixed team won the All-Ireland Intermediate Championship.
