Joan passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday October 8. She is predeceased by her son Sean.

Beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt; Joan will be sadly missed by her husband John, her son David, daughters Marcella and Andrea, her sister Catherine, grandchildren Aisling, Ava, Sienna, James, Sean and Liam, her nieces and nephews and extended family.

"So sorry to hear the sad news of Joan's death. Sincere sympathy to you John, David, Marcella, Andrea, grandchildren, sister Catherine & all the extended Moyles & Breslin families. Joan was a lovely lady, a great friend & neighbour throughout the years & will be sadly missed. Rest in peace dear Joan xx."

"John and family, I will always remember Joan in my heart as the kind, vibrant, fun, free and lovely spirit she was and is. Deepest condolences during this very sad time."

"Deepest Sympathy to your Joan's Husband John, Son, Daughters extended Families and Friends on Joan's Passing. She was a beautiful lady and we worked years ago together in Castlebar Hospital. She was great fun to work with. May Joan's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace, and may God grant you all peace to know she is at Peace now. You are all in our thoughts and Prayers at this very sad time."

Funeral Arrangements

Reposing at Lynn's Funeral Home, Killala, on Friday, October 11, from 5pm with removal at 7pm to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Kilfian, arriving at 7.30pm.

Mass on Saturday at 11am, followed by burial in Kilfian Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Western Alzheimer's Assoc.
