Mayo court sitting cancelled due to Storm Éowyn

The sitting due to take place at Castlebar Courthouse tomorrow has now being adjourned.

The weather warning in place due to Storm Éowyn has forced the cancellation of a district court sitting due to take place in Castlebar tomorrow morning.

A notice sent by the Court Services this afternoon said 'in pursuance of a direction received from the Judge of the District Court assigned to this District' (Judge Fiona Lydon), all cases listed are now to be heard on February 21.
