The Mangan brothers in their Mocha beans shop in Ballina.
As an example of the Christmas spirit, Mocha Beans on Pearse Street in Ballina will have a special event next week.
On Christmas Day, the shop will open its doors for a very special reason.
"From 11am-1pm, we will be there to welcome anyone in need, whether elderly, alone, or homeless in our community.
We’ll be offering free hot water bottles, blankets, sandwiches, soup, and of course all the tea and coffee you can enjoy—completely free. No questions asked," say the Mangan brothers who run the Mocha Beans on Pearse Street.
"It’s our little way of giving back and making sure no one feels left out this holiday as this can be a very difficult time of the year for some people and no one should be alone. We hope to see you there and spread a bit of warmth and cheer."
Also, at their Mocha Beans Foxford road location, thy will have Sandwiches, soup, blankets, hot water bottles etc for anyone in need to pick up outside our shop.
