Due to the forecasted yellow weather warning, Castlebar Municipal District has announced its decision to postpone the switching on of the Christmas lights in Castlebar tomorrow (Friday, November 27).
The event is now set to take place at Market Square on Saturday, November 29, from 6 pm to 7 pm.
Road closures around Market Square will begin at 5:50 pm.
