A Mayo runner has claimed the U-13 600m National Crown.

Philip Griffith, starting for Claremorris AC, has once again demonstrated his exceptional talent by winning the U13 Boys 600m national title at the Athletics Ireland National Juvenile Championships in Tullamore.

Running a personal best time of 1:36, Philip secured gold, marking his fourth national title over the 600m distance.

His consistent performance and dedication throughout the season have been key factors in his continued success at the national level.

Club members expressed their congratulations on Philip’s outstanding performance and look forward to following his progress in upcoming competitions.
