'The story of our lives all year' - Mayo footballer Kathryn Sullivan

The Mayo football ladies ensured senior championship status for next year with a 2-14 to 0-13 win over Leitrim in a hard fought relegation battle.

Defeat would have left them on the edge of a fall to intermediate football in 2026, but the Green and Red pulled away in the second half to the delight of their vocal supporters in Kilcoyne Park.
