PREVIEW: Mayo GAA Senior and Intermediate quarter-finals

The club championships are definitely heating up this weekend. The group stages are over. And we’ve seen a considerable amount of giant killing already.

The three-in-a-row senior champions Ballina Stephenites are out. Beaten by Garrymore on home turf and in Castlebar sent the champs packing.

Garrymore topped the group with three wins out of three and await last year’s semi-finalists Crossmolina. Aghamore were one of the surprises as well. Topping their group which earned them a home quarter-final against Castlebar.

There are so many talking points. Watch our panel Michael Gallagher, Ronan O’Donnell and Oisín Bradley discuss the matches and match-ups in our latest Pitchside episode.
