GAA confirms colours for Mayo All-Ireland final jersey

The GAA have confirmed the jersey colours for Mayo’s clash with Kerry in the All-Ireland Sneior Football Championship final.
Much was written and said in a short period of time with regards to the colours for the jerseys to be worn in Croke Park on July 26.
Kerry won the coin toss yesterday, conducted in front of the respective county secretaries and since then, the rumour mill has been spinning in Mayo as to which colour the team will tog out in.
There have been indications among Mayo supporters, that most support the white commemorative jersey.
This one was released by Mayo GAA and Elverys in December 2025. It marks the back to back All Ireland victories of 1950 and 1951. The jersey features the iconic crest from 1951 which is a timeless design inspired by the legends of the game.
But the actual official alternative kit for the Mayo team is the blue jersey, with the outline of Croagh Patrick on the front.
However, as the official GAA account on Facebook has stated just now: Mayo will indeed wear the white commemorative jersey on a historic occasion, when the men (usually in green and red) will take to the sacred pitch of GAA HQ on Sunday week, in a bid to end the 75 year wait for an All-Ireland triumph.
