Yet again, the absolutely breathtaking running ability of Freya and Holly Renton was on show on the national stage as the talented Mayo twins secured podium finishes at the National Cross Country Championships.
Templemore Sports Complex, in Derry, was the venue of another dominant display from the Westport AC pair as they put on a show that so many of us have become accustomed to seeing in recent years.
Freya Renton, as she so often does, finished in first place, successfully defending the Under-16 title she won last year in Enniskillen. Holly Renton wasn't far behind, as her run was enough to secure a bronze medal.
The pair can add this latest success to their glittering 2025 resumé, which includes medals stretching into the dozens. Time will tell what incredible achievements the duo will achieve in the coming year, but there is no doubt that the sky is the limit.
