The event is set to be hosted by make up artist Dee Ruddy and stylist Maureen McAndrew.

The Westport Hospice Shop is set to host an in-store event celebrating sustainable fashion in aid of the Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation.

Taking place on Saturday, November 1, from 11am until 5pm, Dee Ruddy and Maureen McAndrew will showcase handpicked sustainable pieces and share their beauty tips with attendees.

The event will also host a raffle and spot prizes from local businesses, as well as refreshments and local entertainment.

Speaking ahead of the event, Maureen McAndrew of Make Your Wardrobe Work said: “We’re really excited to be hosting our third unique in-store event here in Westport. Attendees can expect sustainable fashion at its finest — a special day celebrating everything The Westport Hospice Shop has to offer. There will be an in-store fashion show showcasing our wonderful stock, along with refreshments, entertainment, and free styling, wardrobe, make-up, and skincare tips.
"The event is open to everyone, and we’d especially love to welcome anyone who hasn’t visited the shop before to come along on the day. It promises to be a fun, inspiring celebration of community and conscious fashion — all in support of the invaluable work of Mayo Roscommon Hospice,” she added.
The event is free, but you can purchase raffle tickets at the Westport Hospice Shop.
