A MAYO priest has launched a Pilgrim Passport for pilgrims who visit a number of Ireland's holy sites in 2025.

Fr John Kenny Adm of Westport launched the Jubilee 2025 Pilgrim Passport at Croagh Patrick recently which is designed to encourage people to visit the three well-known Irish sanctuaries of Croagh Patrick, Lough Derg and Knock Shrine.

With the Pilgrim Passport initiative people are invited to make pilgrimage to all three shrines in the Jubilee Year Pilgrims of Hope 2025 which Fr Kenny said offers hope to pilgrims across the generations.

“When pilgrims have completed all three of them they can receive a special commemorative Jubilee Year Pilgrims Medal,” Fr Kenny explained.
