John Joe Patrick Finn who has Mayo roots through his father and plays his football for French side Stade Reims has been called up to the Republic of Ireland Senior side.
Finn’s father hails from the town of Ballyhaunis and the 21-year-old has worn the green jersey at underage level with pride in the past few years.

The Spanish-born youngster started his football journey in the Youth academy at European giants, Real Madrid. After a successful spell in La Liga with Getafe, Finn caught the eye of Stade Reims who signed him up in January of this year.
Finn signed for Stade Reims back in January.
He went on to make his debut against present Champions League finalists PSG where he came on as a substitute at the iconic Parc Des Princes. Finn has made 12 league appearances to date in the French top flight.
Ireland manager, Heimir Hallgrimsson has called up the young talent ahead of their June internationals where Ireland will face Senegal and Luxembourg.
