Search stood down for 13-year-old girl missing almost two weeks as Gardaí issue update

The search for 13-year-old Hermina Demeterova who was reported missing from her home in Stamullen, county Meath since Sunday, March 1, 2026, has been stood down.

Hermina was last seen at approximately 5pm and was described as being approximately 5 foot 3 inches tall, of slight build with red/brown hair and brown eyes.

When last seen, Hermina was wearing white leggings and a red jacket and was known to frequent the Dublin City Centre area.

Gardaí and Hermina’s family were concerned for her well-being.

In an update on Thursday, Gardaí have said Hermina has been found safe and well and have thanked the public for their assistance.
