Horse rescue filled with rage after latest rescue mission of starved horse
An Irish horse rescue charity shared a shocking post to their social media accounts that was filled with sadness and rage following their latest rescue mission.
My lovely horse rescue said on X, "today we drove two hours to meet An Garda Síochána so that this poor emaciated girl could be seized and brought to safety. THIS IS IRELAND."
"Every day we have a cruel story, it’s horrible, we are so angry and so deflated. Yes we are a rescue and it’s what we do, it’s what we have given up so much for. Ireland is sure keeping us busy! It’s disgraceful how animals are treated, horrendous the amount of cruelty in a small country like this," the post said.
"We need help, we need donations to keep up with vet bills, feed bills etc…awful that we have to rely on you the amazing public, thank you for your support," the rescue said.

"This poor girl is another victim because our government don’t give a damn. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!" the rescue added.
The post has received many comments thanking the rescue for saving the poor horse who, as seen in the video, looked skin and bone and in very bad condition.

"You are angels here on earth. The work you do is astonishing. I hope this wee girl picks up and can enjoy a proper life. Yes Ireland is a disgrace and not one in government give a damn. If they don’t care about the people I’m afraid animals haven’t a chance," a comment said.
