TRIBUTES have poured in for ‘absolute legend’ of Irish radio, John O'Donovan who passed away recently.
John was a producer for Newstalk and was well known and loved in the Irish media scene.

Bauer Media colleague Ed Smith posted a tribute to X saying: “I've just heard the tragic news about the passing of John O'Donovan. He was an absolute legend of the radio game and such a gentle, funny and interesting man. I'll miss our wee nonsense chats. Thoughts to his friends, family and colleagues.”
TD Paul McAuliffe commented under the post saying: “I had the pleasure of working with John many times, Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.”
