Online EuroMillions Plus player scoops €500,000 top prize

EUROMILLIONS players in Dublin are being urged to log into their online National Lottery accounts after one lucky player in the capital scooped the top prize of €500,000 in Tuesday night’s EuroMillions Plus draw.

The National Lottery has confirmed that a notification to the user’s online account and a separate email has now been sent to the lucky Dublin ticket holder.

The winning numbers in the Tuesday 3rd October EuroMillions Plus draw were: 05, 27, 34, 42 and 45.

Meanwhile, excitement is continuing to grow amongst Lotto players all over the country with tonight’s jackpot rolling towards an estimated €7.8 million. The midweek Lotto draw could produce Ireland’s second largest Lotto jackpot so far this year.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: "There’s a definite buzz amongst Lotto players at the moment with the jackpot rolling since our last win in August. Could tonight’s draw see the roll come to an end with a player becoming the 10th Lotto jackpot winner of the year to date?"

"As the jackpot rolls towards an estimated €7.8 million, we are reminding our players who are already dreaming of their midweek celebrations, that tickets can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or at www.lottery.ie ahead of the cut-off time for sales at 7.45pm on Wednesday evening."

Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on all National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage, and the Irish Language.

In total more than €6 Billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 36 years ago. In 2022 alone, €259 million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.

Play National Lottery games responsibly, play for fun.
