WATCH: HSE outlines drug testing plans at Electric Picnic

The Health Service Executive (HSE) has issued explanatory videos ahead of their harm reduction drug testing at Electric Picnic.
The harm reduction team will have tents at three locations so ‘back of house’ drug testing can take place.
The teams aim to test drugs so that they can alert revellers to dangerous or particularly potent drugs at the festival. They also use the testing to identify new drugs which may be of concern.
Harm reduction teams will have tents at the Main Arena, the Hendrix and Janis Joplin campsites. Team members will be available to talk about the service throughout the festival. They will be wearing purple and pink high visibility vests.
