Sixteen-year-old Sean Moran from Ballybeg in Waterford had been missing for a number of days
A TEENAGER who went missing from his home in County Waterford earlier this week has been located "safe and well".
An appeal was issued on Thursday evening by gardai who were seeking help in locating sixteen-year-old Sean Moran from Ballybeg in Waterford.
Prior to the appeal being issued, Sean was last seen at around 6.40pm on Tuesday.
In an update, issued this Friday, gardai confirmed he has now been "located safe and well".
They have thanked members of the public and the media for their assistance.
No information has been disclosed as to how or where Sean was located.
