TFI Local Link Mayo are pleased to share highlights from the recent engagement marking the six-month milestone of the TFI Anseo pilot. Minister for Social Protection and Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, Dara Calleary TD, joined the TFI Local Link Mayo team to witness first-hand the progress made as part of this innovative rural transport initiative.

Since launched last July, the TFI Local Link Mayo team has observed substantial growth in service usage, with enthusiastic feedback pouring in from passengers across Achill Island, Currane and Mulranny.  The positive response underscores the importance of flexible and accessible transport for those living outside urban centres, helping to reduce isolation and increase opportunities across the region.

TFI Local Link Mayo extend sincere thanks to everyone who has supported the development of TFI Anseo, the flexible, accessible app-based transport service.
