An Garda Síochána in Mayo is attending the scene of a single-vehicle collision in Ballinrobe.
The collision, which had caused the closure of the N84 between Castlebar and Ballinrobe, occurred earlier today (Friday, October 3).
The crash is understood to have occurred close to the Ballinrobe Racecourse.
The route had been fully closed, but is partially reopened at present. Emergency services are at the scene of the incident.
Commuters in the vicinity are being advised to use alternative routes on their travels.
