Seven tourism companies from Ireland, including Westport Estate have joined Tourism Ireland in Manchester this week at Connections Luxury UK & Ireland – a three-day event connecting luxury hotels and travel businesses with over 100 global high-end travel buyers.

Connections Luxury UK & Ireland involves a series of tailored one-to-one appointments, as well as more informal ‘icebreaker’ experiences which allow the luxury buyers and travel businesses to network. The event provides an excellent opportunity for the tourism businesses from Ireland to build relationships with the influential luxury travel buyers in attendance and to win new business for 2026 and beyond.

David Boyce, Tourism Ireland’s Head of Business Events and Luxury, said: “Connections Luxury UK & Ireland is a superb platform to highlight the very best of what Ireland has to offer the discerning luxury traveller including our boutique hotels, historic castles and luxury resorts, as well as our top visitor attractions and rich culture and heritage, and not forgetting our superb culinary experiences.
