Culture Night 2025 is set to include dozens of Mayo events.
Culture Night 2025 is upon us in Mayo, and people from around the county will be getting out to sample some of the incredible events taking place all around the county.
The annual celebration aims to celebrate all of the unique and incredible aspects of culture that are interwoven into society, with over 40 events planned here in Mayo.
The event first took place in Dublin in 2006, but has since spread and taken on a life of its own, as the country comes alive for a fun night where theatres, libraries, galleries, and more throw open their doors and invite those curious souls into their sanctuary.
Whether it be food tours, cinema nights, exhibitions, or anything in between, everyone is welcome to get out and get involved.
There are events taking place from as far West as Aghleam, where there is a set-dancing workshop at the SOLAS Visitor Centre at 7pm, to as far East as Kilmovee Community Centre's music session at 7pm.
The organisers of Culture Night have created an interactive map, where you can see the location of every event in the county, as well as their location, start time, and whether or not you have to book the event. You can access the map by clicking here.
