A road between two East Mayo towns is set for closure for the duration of a late-Augustweek in order to facilitate road repairs.

From Monday, August 25, to Friday, August 29, a section of the R-323, which services those travelling between Knock and Ballyhaunis, will close to allow vital roadworks to take place in the Carrownnamalaght townland.
