Last year's runners in the Belcarra 8k.
Belcarra Community are once again holding their annual 8k run, which welcomes walkers, joggers, and runners of all abilities to the lovely Mayo village of Belcarra for what no doubt will be a great event.
Last year's run attracted over one hundred participants, and this is always a firm favourite in the runner's calendar in Mayo. This year the run gets underway at 11am while participants can register here or in person, in Belcarra Community Centre on the day from 9:30am on Sunday August 10.
Tickets are priced at €15 for over 16’s, and €25 for a family where the 8k starts at 11am on Sunday, August 10.
As usual, you can expect a warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, and refreshments afterwards. Bring the family, or bring a friend, for what is sure to be a lovely event, raising money for Belcarra Community Council's ongoing costs and future initiatives.
