An Garda Síochána received reports of the collision on the N17 outside Knock
Two road users were taken to Mayo University Hospital this morning (Wednesday, May 21) in the wake of a two-car collision in the east of the county.
The crash, which occurred on the N17 on the outskirts of Knock, was reported to An Garda Síochána at around 7.30am this morning.

The busy road was closed for a brief period, but has since reopened to the public.
