Tony Ryan and Amanda Lillis from County Limerick, ambassadors for this year’s Drink Tea for MND campaign campaign
The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) is making a final call for Mayo people to register for the annual Drink Tea for MND campaign.
This popular initiative, now in its sixteenth year, invites individuals, businesses, and communities to come together, enjoy a cup of tea, and raise funds to support people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
The late RTÉ journalist, Charlie Bird, raised millions for the IMNDA when he climbed Croagh Patrick for ‘Climb With Charlie’ in 2022.
The IMNDA relies heavily on fundraising to sustain over 85 percent of its income. This funds vital support services including care grants, counselling, and equipment to improve the quality of life for those affected by MND.
Those looking to get involved can register their Drink Tea for MND event at the IMNDA’s website and can host their tea party at any point this spring and raise vital funds.
For more information or to register your tea party, visit IMNDA's Drink Tea for MND page.
