Twenty eight houses will be constructed near Castlebar pending planning approval from Mayo County Council.
An application was submitted by Hatchbrook Ltd this week (August 6) for the construction of four two-bed houses, 17 three-bed houses, and seven four-bed houses at Balla, Castlebar.
The application also includes connection to existing services, along with all associated ancillary site development works including footpaths, lighting, parking, drainage and landscaping/amenity areas.
