A POPULAR Italian restaurant in Castlebar has been shortlisted for the Just Eat Awards.
Located in Castlebar's Tucker Street, Al Muretto has been shortlisted in the Best of Ulster & Connacht category where they will go head-to-head with some of the best restaurants and takeaways in the region.
Now in its tenth year, the annual awards celebrate Just Eat partners across the country, recognising the passion, dedication and excellence that goes into every dish delivered to our doors.
This year, 65 nominees have been shortlisted across 12 award categories, including ‘Best Pizza’, ‘Best Mexican’, ‘Best Burger’ and ‘Best Chipper’
Voting is now open until Wednesday, 13 December.
Voting for the Awards opens today and Mayo food lovers can vote for their favourite local takeaway until December 13. To celebrate the launch, anyone who casts a vote will be in with a chance to win free takeaway for a year.
The Just Eat Awards winners will be announced at a gala ceremony hosted by Muireann O’Connell in March 2024.
