Ballina couple aboard Irish aid ship nearing Gaza

Ballina couple Derek and Jenny Graham are among the passengers on the Irish owned MV Rachel Corrie ship which continues en route to Gaza with humanitarian supplies. There are fifteen people on board the vessel, including five Irish citizens.
Israel raided some boats on the Gaza bound aid flotilla on Monday but the MV Rachel Corrie escaped.
The Israeli Government say that their sea blockage of the Palestinian territory at Gaza would continue, despite international pressure to remove it.
The Israelis also say that 679 of those detained on Monday, including several Irish citizens, will be deported within 48 hours. However about fifty more will be held for questioning.
