HOSTING ROYALTY Queens Candy Warhol and Mia Gold, Drag Bingo hosts.
Mark your cards: Mayo Pride is hosting Mayo’s premier drag bingo night on Sunday, April 3, at 7pm at The Live Lounge at The Castle Nightclub, Westport. Proceeds from the evening of drag, bingo, music and comedy will go towards staging this year’s Mayo Pride main event, in Westport on July 2.
Irish drag acts Candy Warhol and Mia Gold will host the April shindig. Hailing from Cork City, these fabulous queens are part of Mockie Ah, Ireland’s biggest Drag Haus – recently featured on RTÉ and BBC1, where they were named as one of Ireland’s top tourist attractions.
The duo will also be joined by the hilarious music comedy duo Floozy and Bluesy for a NSFW cabaret show. With Sarah Byrne on vocals, and Aaron Marchant on piano, get ready to be seduced by an evening of original songs so good they should be on Broadway – well, maybe not the lyrics!
Be warned, this act is not for the prudish, it’s for the rude…ish.
