Previous performances of Messiah at Knock Basilica in 2017 and 2018 were sold out. The oratorio, one of Handel’s most frequently performed works, includes well-known sections such as the “Hallelujah” chorus and “I Know That My Redeemer Liveth.”

Messiah was first performed in Dublin in 1742 and remains a staple of the choral repertoire, particularly during the winter season.

Tickets for the Knock Basilica performance are priced €27–€32 plus booking fees and are available online. Organisers advise early booking due to expected demand.
