Liam Óg Horkan took home the €10,000 prize
Garrymore GAA’s Quid Game fundraising event was a resounding success.
The Quid Game event, held on Sunday, August 4, at the McWilliam Hotel, Claremorris, drew an enthusiastic and a vibrant atmosphere, truly highlighting the spirit of the community.
The event featured over 40 contestants who competed in a series of skill-based games, providing thrilling entertainment for all attendees.
The MC for the evening, Mike Finnerty, was exceptional in his role, ensuring that the night ran smoothly, and the audience was engaged.
The Quid Game Event, sponsored by McHugh's Spar, Texaco, Supermac's, Ballindine and Hyland Ceilings and powered by ClubSpot Events, was the culmination of weeks of dedicated fundraising efforts, including bake sales, concerts, quizzes, and raffles.
The highlight of the evening was the announcement of the winner, Senior Team Captain Liam Óg Horkan, who emerged victorious and walked away with the impressive €10,000 prize.
His exceptional performance throughout the event earned him this well-deserved reward.
Garrymore GAA are ‘incredibly grateful’ to everyone who contributed.
