ALDI announce new vacancies.
ALDI have announced more than 40 new roles across their six Mayo stores (Ballina, Ballinrobe, Ballyhaunis, Belmullet, Castlebar and Claremorris).
The various positions come following the supermarket's commitment to adopting new recommendations from the Living Wage Technical Group, including a calculated ‘living wage’ of €14.80 per hour from February 1.
In addition to the market-leading wage, the company is known for prioritising career progression, with schemes like their Area Manager Programme in place to initiate this.
ALDI also offers attractive benefits and support, such as their wellbeing provision, which supports employees across five key wellness areas, including mental health.
Recruitment for these roles has begun and with in-store demand heightening in preparation for the near spring season, those interested in applying are encouraged to do so rapidly.
