Families invited to one last swashbuckling party

Celebrations will mark end of Westport House Adventure Park after nearly 50 years

Big crowds are expected at Westport House tomorrow (Saturday) to bid farewell to the renowned Pirate Adventure Park which has entertained visitors for almost 50 years.

To mark the final day patrons can enjoy all the thrilling Pirate Adventure Park attractions for a special price of €5. It's sure to be a day of nostalgia and adventure which will be enhanced by a barbecue and family fun day at Gracys in the grounds.

Families are asked to come along between 1 and 5pm, to enjoy food, music with iRadio DJ Ciarán Bennett, free face painting and special appearances from Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Frozen’s Elsa, Chase from Paw Patrol and the Minions!

It promises to be a swashbuckling day before all thoughts turn towards the opening of a new Adventure Park in 2024.
