George Lee to speak on Lisbon in Mayo


FINE Gael Leader, Enda Kenny, TD, has invited newly elected Fine Gael TD, George Lee (pictured) to speak at a public meeting in Castlebar.  The meeting will focus on the Lisbon Treaty and specifically, Europe and Jobs.  It is taking place at the TF Royal Hotel in Castlebar on Monday, September 28.  The Fine Gael MEP for Ireland Northwest, Jim Higgins will also be speaking at the meeting.
Deputy Kenny said: “Fine Gael is holding meetings in every constituency throughout Ireland to hammer home the importance of this referendum and allow people to inform themselves about the Lisbon Treaty.  I invite any person who is interested on finding out more about the Lisbon Treaty to attend the upcoming public meeting.  Any person who cannot attend the meeting but would like to find out more about the treaty may visit Fine Gael’s new website “www.YesToEurope.ie” which provides useful information about the treaty.”
