What’s your idea of perfect happiness?
Winning the Junior Cup with Castlebar, or a pint of Guinness in Ray’s, or ideally both.

Which living person do you most admire?
Probably Andy Moran. I trained in his gym for a couple of years and he’s been a massive role model for me.

What’s your greatest extravagance?
Shoes. I’m a bit of a ‘Sneaker Head’ unfortunately.

What’s your favourite journey?
To Ray’s after a big win.

What or who is the love of your life?
Rugby (sorry Emma).

When and where were you happiest?
Probably winning the Schools Junior Cup with St Geralds College in 2014.

Which talent would you most like to have?
A photographic memory or to be as sarcastic as Richard Newcombe.

What’s your greatest achievement?
Getting to wear the Connacht jersey at underage level.

What’s your most treasured possession?
Again, it’s got to be the shoes.

What’s your favourite pass time?
Skinning Daniel Plaster in sprints.

What’s the quality you most like in a person?
Hard worker.

Who are your favourite rugby players?
Handré Pollard, Johnny Sexton and Owen Farrell.

What’s your motto?
Do it with passion or not at all.
