Missing Achill native found safe, but very shaken, in North London

Bridget Ann McLaughlin, 78, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, had been missing since Wednesday morning



AN Achill native who has been missing in London since Wednesday has been found safe and well by police in the English capital.
Bridget Ann McLaughlin was found by Police in a train station at Golders Green in North London earlier today after was went missing on Wednesday.
A native of Saula on Achill Island, Bridget (78), who lives in Hayes in London, was last seen at 11am on Wednesday, April 4 in the Harlington Road area of Hillingdon in West London.
Bridget suffers from Alzheimer’s, and prior to her being found the Metropolitan Police had said they were growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
Thankfully the 78-year-old was found by police and is safe but understood to be very shaken by the ordeal.
