PLAYER RATINGS: How the Mayo players fared against London

Swiftly after his first National League appearance, this Kilmaine tyro received his first start in championship fare.

Was burned once by his pacey opposite number, Kristian Healy, but that was the only blot on his first-half copybook. Forced a turnover six minutes in, and showed ice in his veins when he was hemmed in his own half and had to navigate choppy waters.

Also showed his capabilities to look after his knitting under high ball when he earned a mark seven minutes after the break. Brought off for Jordan Flynn in the second half, marking the end of a solid first championship showing.
