In the season of a raft of managerial changes in Mayo Club GAA, it has been confirmed that Ardnaree Sarsfields will be another side looking for a fresh face at the helm for 2026.
In a statement on the club's Facebook page, they confirmed that senior men's bainisteoir Rory Clarke has stepped down.
Clarke, as well as his coach and selector Alan Kelly, has decided to call time on his stint in the dugout after three years in charge of the North Mayo men.
During his time as manager, Ardnaree Sarsfields, the club saw back-to-back promotions in the League, while also making the last-four in the Intermediate Championship this season, where they were bested by Moy Davitts.
"Both men have always represented the club in exemplary fashion and continue to work tirelessly to raise standards for club and community," the club stated.
The attention of the club will now shift to who will step into the hot seat for the upcoming campaign, where the Sarsfields will be aiming to capture the Sweeney Cup for the first time since their 2015 Junior success.
