The referees for the upcoming Connacht GAA Championship games have been confirmed.
In the senior quarter-final, Ballina Stephenites meet London champions North London Shamrocks with a 6.30pm throw-in time at the Connacht Centre of Excellence in Bekan. Galway referee James Molloy will be the man in the middle on Saturday evening. Molloy is a member of the Salthill-Knocknacarra club.
On Sunday afternoon, in the intermediate quarter-final, Mayo champions Kilmeena will travel to Tuam Stadium to face Galway kingpins Caltra with a throw-in time confirmed for 1.30pm. Sligo’s Ronan Hynes will be the man in the middle for that clash. Hynes is a member of the St Farnan’s club. At the same time, St Croan’s of Roscommon will meet Sligo’s Cloonacool. That clash will take place in Hyde Park, Roscommon where Islandeady man Shane Corcoran will officiate.
