With time ticking down to all four tantalising and enthralling encounters in the Mayo Club Championship finals, the men in the middle have been announced for all four ties.
Excitement is building, and crowds are gearing up for what promises to be an utter spectacle of football both this weekend and next weekend. The refereeing selections will garner interest in both clubs.
For the Mayo Senior Championship final between Ballina Stephenites and Westport, Paul Lydon will be the main man. The Kiltimagh man is well respected around the county and has made a rapid rise through the refereeing ranks.
The clash of Kilmeena and Moy Davitts in the Mayo Intermediate Championship will be refereed by John Glavey. The Aghamore man is also one of the county's best whistlers, and recently refereed the Senior semi-final between Westport and Crossmolina Deel Rovers.
The Mayo Junior Championship final between Eastern Gaels and Kiltimagh has been awarded to John Walker of Cill Chomáin, while Westport's Jamie Hoban will be in charge of the Junior 'B' decider between Killala and Kilmovee Shamrocks.
