The man between the sticks did well in the first half, and his kickouts were solid as he blended his long-range and short-range restarts.

His accuracy waned somewhat in the second half, but he came up with the goods with a recovery run even the most pacy corner-forward would have been proud of to deny Patrick McBrearty.
