The route to Nicky Rackard Cup glory has become a lot clearer for the Mayo hurlers, as the time, date, and venue of their final clash with Roscommon have been revealed.
The Green and Red have been in spellbinding form in 2025, sweeping aside all that have come before them, with the exception of the much-rotated side that travelled to Enniskillen on Saturday.

Now, with near-neighbours Roscommon waiting to try and spring an ambush, the picture has come into sharper focus.
Mayo v Roscommon in the Nicky Rackard Cup final will take place in Croke Park at 1 pm on Sunday, May 31.
The game takes place in Jones’ Road as part of a festival of hurling, with the Lory Meagher Cup meeting of Cavan and either Monaghan or New York at 3pm, with Derry v London taking centre stage at 5pm in the Christy Ring decider.
The last time these two strapping sides did battle came back on April 12, when Cormac Phillips and Shane Boland were to the fore as a 14-man Mayo downed the Rossies by seven in a Round One Castlebar clash.
